I have been told many times over that the first few weeks after the baby arrives will be hectic and we will most likely be eating out every day. So in preparation for this happening I have decided to fill our refrigerator sized upright freezer with meals. It couldn't hurt, right?

I scored the following pans at the dollar store today.

With 12 total pans available I'm hoping to make three batches of four different meals. Here comes the tough part .. which meals should I make?
I know that my husband and I both love lasagna so there is one, but what about the rest? Another factor to consider - we want our meals to be low in sodium, sugar, and fat.
